Anonymous asked: i loooove your blog, i could legit live off of it! So i started the water diet and im getting into it and stuff but i also have started doing like no gluten/carbs and ive tried this diet before, and im doing ok at it but i tend to cave like once a day with something little.. like today i had one serving size of pretzels, but i really want to be able to do this. Do you have any tips for me not cave?

Caving in is always an issue for absolutely everybody. Give yourself a goal like say you’re going to stay on the diet for exactly two weeks, and stick to it strictly, after the two weeks have a night/day out and eat what you want then get back on it the next morning. Try to not go out too much other than during the morning/afternoon - avoid going out at meal times, and try to get rid of all the gluten/carbs in your house, or set it aside in a place you don’t go to (we have a special gluten drawer). Try and also to surround yourself with your dream body or whatever it is you’re trying to get at, so that you feel guilty when you think about caving. Stay strong!!
